About Dr. Kelly

In her spare time, Dr. Kelly enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.

“I chose ophthalmology because it gave me the ability to help patients both in the clinical and surgical settings. As a medical student, I had the opportunity to observe eye surgery and it gave me a better understanding of the anatomy of the eye, which I still find absolutely fascinating.

Now, as a practitioner, providing the highest quality of care for my patients is one of my best qualities, which requires patience, excellent surgical skill, and great communication skills. By collaborating together, I help patients understand what is happening with their eyes and give them the confidence of knowing they are in good hands for their eye care.

I especially enjoy being able to make a drastic difference in a patient’s quality of life by performing cataract and corneal surgery (for which I have sub-specialty training), and guiding them through the process before, during, and after.”
